About the Role

The Front Desk is the face of the club. You are the first and last impression for every member and guest.

This is a fast-paced high-energy role where you will manage check-ins answer phones support members and actively promote memberships personal training and retail products.

Important:
This role requires working a mix of early morning evening and weekend shifts. You will also be expected to confidently recommend and sell memberships smoothies and supplements.

What Youll Do
Greet and check in members and guests with energy and professionalism

Answer phones and assist with questions billing and account updates
Sell memberships personal training smoothies and DotFIT supplements
Give tours and convert guests into members
Handle multiple priorities at once in a fast-paced environment
Keep the front desk clean organized and fully stocked
Support daily club operations and communication with the team

You are expected to take ownership of the front desk and create a great experience every shift.

What Were Looking For
Reliable and shows up on time every shift

Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-volume environment
Confident communicating with members and asking for the sale
Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Positive energetic and team-oriented
Available to work early mornings evenings and weekends

Compensation
Hourly pay based on experience: $12 to $15
