Equipment Repair Technician The Equipment Repair Technician (Ancillary Equipment Technician - AET) is responsible for the preventative maintenance service repair and testing of Light Plants Power Swivels Tongs Hydraulic Pumps Generators Etc.Ideal candidates will be local to the Longview/Kilgore TX area and have reliable transportation. - Amount of Travel Required: 30%
- Reports to: Ancillary Equipment Manager
- Direct Reports: None
- Work Schedule: Typically Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. However due to the nature of the business hours may be long and irregular. Weekend and evening hours may be necessary on occasion (on call every other weekend might be expected)
- Compensation: $23.15-33.08/hour depending on experience

Duties - Servicing all Ancillary Equipment that falls into the department.
- Perform and document all pressure tests for these components after service.
- Obtain and maintain an inventory of consumable materials and parts for these items.
- Organize and maintain the facility including the testing station and Tong cage.
- Assist field personnel with job related problems associated with these components.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Abilities - Education: High school diploma or GED
- Experience: 0 years working with or around ancillary equipment servicing or related job experience; previous experience preferred.
- Ideal candidates will be mechanically inclined self-motivating individuals with prior order desk and consumable materials management experience.
- Other Requirements: Must have a valid drivers license meet minimum driving standards for company insurance purposes and successfully pass a pre-employment background check drug screen and physical.
