Job Title: Commercial Insurance Producer
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-drivenCommercial Insurance Producerto join our dynamic team. In this role you will leverage your expertise to build lasting relationships with businesses identify their unique insurance needs and provide tailored solutions to protect their assets and operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual with a passion for sales and client service in the insurance industry.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to understand their insurance needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Generate and cultivate leads through networking referrals and business development activities.
- Customize insurance programs including liability property and specialized policies to fit individual client requirements.
- Educate clients about policy options coverage limits and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Prepare and present tailored insurance proposals and close sales to achieve and exceed assigned quotas.
- Work collaboratively with underwriters and other internal teams to ensure policies meet client needs and expectations.
- Stay informed on industry trends and changes in insurance products regulations and market conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the companys CRM system.
- Attend community events and professional networking meetings to enhance personal and company brand visibility.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- At least 2 years of insurance producer experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- High level of integrity professionalism and customer-focus.
- Proficient in using agency management software Microsoft Office Suite and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $70K-$80K (based on experience).
