Senior Manager Global Real Estate Operations and Finance

Location: Westerville OH / Greater Columbus OH Metro

Reports to: VP Global Real Estate

Position Summary

The Senior Manager Global Real Estate Operations and Finance plays a critical role in supporting the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team through advanced financial planning data modeling performance tracking and operational analysis across the global portfolio. This position enables executive decision-making by delivering accurate timely and actionable insights that drive efficiency transparency and strategic alignment.

This individual will be responsible for developing sophisticated data models integrating disparate datasets and creating impactful visualizations to inform portfolio strategy cost optimization and real estate operations. The Senior Manager will partner with regional real estate teams finance accounting and workplace functions to improve reporting processes and data quality across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of advanced financial models to support budgeting forecasting cost analysis and capital planning
  • Consolidate and analyze real estate data across lease administration project management and facility operations systems
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting tools using platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) occupancy costs space utilization and operational performance trends
  • Conduct scenario planning and develop business cases for strategic initiatives including consolidations relocations and expansions
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment of financial assumptions data integrity and operational priorities
  • Support internal audits compliance initiatives and variance analyses as part of quarterly and annual planning cycles
  • Propose improvements to data governance system integration and reporting automation across the CRE function

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Business Analytics Real Estate Economics or related discipline (Masters or MBA preferred)
  • 5 years of experience in a real estate finance or operational analysis role within a corporate or consulting environment
  • Expert-level Excel skills with strong background in financial modeling and scenario analysis
  • Proficient in business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau or equivalent) and integrating data from multiple sources
  • Familiarity with IWMS ERP and CRE technology platforms (e.g. Tririga Archibus Tango SAP)
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into clear actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and storytelling skills with a track record of stakeholder influence
