Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing financial reporting analysis and strategic planning to support informed decision-making and ensure fiscal responsibility. Essential Functions: Develop and manage the preparation of financial reports for the hospital including monthly quarterly and annual reports for internal and external stakeholders.
-Lead the development of budgets financial forecasts and variance analysis.
-Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to identify trends variances and opportunities.
-Identify and implement improvements in financial reporting processes to streamline operations enhance accuracy and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
-Supervise a team of financial analysts providing guidance training and mentorship.
-Present financial findings reports and recommendations to senior management department heads and key stakeholders.
-Ensure compliance with financial regulations accounting principles and healthcare industry standards.



Qualifications

EducationBachelors Degree Finance required or Bachelors Degree Accounting required or Masters Degree Related Field of Study preferredCan this role accept experience in lieu of a degreeNoLicenses and CredentialsExperienceHospital financial management accounting or analysis experience 3-5 years required and Management experience 2-3 years requiredKnowledge Skills and Abilities- Deep understanding of healthcare finance and regulatory requirements. - Strong leadership and management skills. - Excellent communication skills both written and oral. - Strong analytical and reporting skills.
