Job Description
Facilitate communication and ensure effective coordination of projects between managers Cable Technicians Spooler/Banders and clients. Ensure compliance with preventative maintenance program. Evaluate and give performance feedback to individuals. Create and maintain production schedules. Ensure leadership team is aware of urgent issues related to scheduling technician performance safety and client needs. Acquire and maintain appropriate training and licenses to perform company duties through top management. Generate professional thorough technically correct reports with minimal support/assistance. Demonstrate ability to take appropriate corrective actions without immediate supervision. Ensure work assignments are carried out to the highest quality level. Enforce safety and security procedures and proper use of equipment and material. Actively promote safety processes and report any safety issues to proper channels for action. Support the Field Operations and Sales functions by supervising employees who perform the installation and removal operation of electrical cable used in company operations. Provide cable repair services to oilfield customers. Support Company EEO policies and take action to provide a workplace free from harassment or discrimination.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: High School Diploma.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 24 months of supervisory experience in any capacity.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: 10% of domestic travel is required.
