Job Summary
Responsible for assisting surgeons nurses and other healthcare professionals in various surgical procedures and playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of the operating room.Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Licenses and Credentials
Basic Life Support BLS Certification
- Certified Surgical Technologist CST
- National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
Experience
Experience as a Surgical Technologist. 2 years minimum required.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of surgical procedures instrumentation and sterile techniques.
- Familiarity with surgical equipment and technology used in the operating room.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations during surgeries.
- Understanding of infection control protocols and patient safety measures.
