Drive operational excellence: Youll identify prioritise and solve problems inefficiencies and opportunities in how teams work and collaborate. Youll aim to constantly improve processes and scale & automate the solutions.
Cross-functional collaboration & project management: Youll drive cross-functional projects and engage with other teams such as underwriting product & engineering sales legal and people globally to improve our efficiency and effectiveness. Youll coordinate and communicate strategy to align priorities across Wayflyer.
Data analytics & problem solving: Use self-sourced data to define understand and solve problems. Understand the root causes propose solutions derive insights drive decisions implement solutions and measure results based on KPIs you will contribute to set.
Automate as much as you want (and you can): You will be empowered to scope develop and launch clever automations that scale throughout the business. Choose your tool or language we like them all! For example we use PipeDream Jira Hubspot Hightouch and many other tools.
Improving customer experience for smaller customers: automating our customer journey and building scalable solutions for customer problems
You have 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience - ideally at a fast-paced startup or scale-up
Previous experience with workflow automations (e.g Jira/Hubspot) is a must
Youre a self starter. You identify problems proactively and work to solve them.
Commercially and quantitatively inclined with a hands-on problem-solving approach
First-principle thinker skilled at simplifying complex organisational issues
You have proven experience gathering interpreting and presenting data and have the ability to translate quantitative findings into action plans.
Hands-on experience with SQL is a must
Previous experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across an organisation gathering requirements to develop and deliver custom solutions and automations
Knowledge of Python is a plus

Our headquarters operates a hybrid model. The number of in-office days depends on your team but the majority of teams and our SLT are typically in 3-4 days per week giving you valuable exposure to senior leadership.
Home to around 30 employees our brand-new London office also runs on a hybrid model. Youll often find our CEO working alongside the team with regular visits.
Our close-knit Sydney office has around 20 employees and follows a flexible hybrid model fostering strong collaboration.
Each of our US offices has 8-10 employees and operates with a flexible hybrid approach blending in-person connection with remote freedom.
The majority of our Tech org works remotely across the UK and Europe coming together throughout the year for off-sites company kick off and technical kick off. We also have a growing number of remote team members across the US.
