Job Description
Location: Cerritos California
Pay Rate: $23.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time On-site
Join a global leader in packaging solutions as a Logistics Coordinator! Were seeking a proactive and organized professional to manage a fleet of Class A drivers and support day-to-day shipping operations. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment communicates effectively and can operate independently.
Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch and coordinate daily routes for 5 Class A drivers (23 stops per driver)

Prepare accurate shipping paperwork for warehouse team based on daily schedules

Respond to email appointment requests and address customer inquiries promptly

Review and route outbound freight using logistics tools and internal systems

Maintain real-time communication with drivers warehouse staff and customers

Address issues related to routes freight or delivery appointments with urgency and professionalism
Qualifications:
-
1-2 years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator Shipping Coordinator or similar role

Forklift certification is required

Experience dispatching drivers and managing routes is highly preferred

Strong skills in organization problem-solving and conflict resolution

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
