Job Description
This role is hybrid which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield Minnesota and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.
What youll do
- Plan execute optimize performance retail media campaigns for a medium-sized category
- Work closely with strategic partners such as Impact Rakuten and Capital One Shopping to execute overall program strategy
- Support day-to-day affiliate program operations including transaction inquiries managing partner communications and assisting with budget reconciliation and financial accuracy
- Optimize publisher performance through data-driven insights and relationship management
- 5 years of experience in marketing retail media advertising or similar
- 2 years of experience doing hands-on affiliate marketing
- Experience with Impact technology and or other affiliate SaaS platforms (Rakuten Advertising CJ Awin etc)
- Experience with Sales Force Media Cloud and Affiliate publishers
