Job Summary
King ORourke Cadillac Buick GMC located on 756 Smithtown Bypass in Smithtown NY is seeking to hire an Internet BDC representative with a strong focus on data mining Service customers for new & preowned vehicle sales. The King family has represented the American brand for 40 years!

Responsibilities:
- Promote and seek out opportunities to deliver a top-notch customer experience
- Interact with customers to identify their individual needs and opportunities for new/used vehicle sales
- Answer inboundcalls set appointments assist customers as necessary
- Daily outbound call campaigns to set appointments for Sales Department (service customers in need of new vehicle out of warrantee declination of services etc.)
- Coordinating appointments via phone text and email.
- Work closely with the BDC Manager and other BDC sales personnel to ensure sales or service lead opportunities are accounted for and appropriate notes are made in the CRM
- Stay informed about new products features accessories etc. and their benefits to customers
- Complete product and sales/service training as requested by BDC
- Track all activity in the CRM (Customer Relations Management) Tool
- Must be able to prioritize your day and multi-task

Pay range: $40000-$60000
