We are looking for aSales Manager (Importer)to join ourPorschedivisionand actively contribute to our continued growth and excellence.
You will be called to:
- Develop and implement the sales strategy for New and Pre-Owned cars by evaluating market trends competition product portfolio etc.
- Design and execute the commercial sales policy for Porsche vehicles
- Participate in the preparation and maintenance of the price lists for new Porsche cars for the Greek market
- Prepare and monitor the annual production plan adjusting it throughout the year according to current needs
- Manage vehicle orders to the supplier (customization tracking invoicing logistics customs clearance etc.)
- Monitor the inventory of new and used cars in the market and recommend appropriate actions to maintain the optimal stock level
- Prepare and deliver product training to Porsche Center sales teams
- Monitor retail sales registrations and relevant market shares taking appropriate measures to promote the brand
- Design and oversee promotional activities for new car sales
- Monitor and take appropriate actions to improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelors degree (or higher) in Business Administration Mechanical/Automotive/Industrial Engineering ideally with a focus on the automotive industry
- Minimum 6 years of sales experience with a premium vehicle manufacturer
- Strong knowledge of the local automotive market and customer expectations
- Solid understanding of automotive KPIs and wholesale/retail sales processes
- Proven sales achievements
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Fluent in both Greek and English with excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Willingness to travel and good understanding of Porsche culture and values
