In this dynamic environment we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Associate to join our HR Outsourcing team in Athens.

Support the design update and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure effective onboarding / offboarding plans.
Administer Compensation & Benefits plans.
Maintain accurate physical and digital personnel records.
Update recruiting performance management and training databases.
Gather and analyze data through useful HR metrics and prepare relevant reports and presentations.
Support the recruitment process (e.g. publish ads screen CVs schedule interviews etc.).
Gather monthly payroll and absence data and review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Respond to employees queries in an effective and timely manner.

BSc in Business Administration Economics or related disciplines.
MSc in HRM will be considered an advantage.
One to three (1-3) years of professional experience as an HR Assistant HR Generalist or in relevant role.
Familiarity with HR functions.
Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing in a clear concise and professional manner (both in English and Greek).
Excellent computer skills proficient user of MS Office.
Knowledge of Greek labor law will be considered a plus.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Outstanding organizational & multitasking skills.
Attention to detail & numerical understanding.
A confident and positive attitude with strong team working ethics but also with the ability to work autonomously.
