Our established client based in Wellingborough is recruiting Production Assemblers across various departments within their business to include General Assembly & Testing Kitting & Materials Handling and Pre-Calibration & Final Inspection.
Key Responsibilities ...
- Assemble and test complex electromechanical components and sensors
- Carry out leak/pressure testing wiring bead blasting and final inspection
- Use technical drawings and production instructions accurately
- Maintain tools follow health & safety and support continuous improvement
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams on process documentation
About you ...
- 2 years experience in assembly or manufacturing (ideally in small-batch or high-spec environments)
- Comfortable with hands-on technical tasks and light physical work
- Ability to read technical drawings/instructions and use standard PC tools (Word Excel Outlook)
- Flexible detail-oriented team player with a strong work ethic
Desirable:
IPC soldering certification NVQ 2/3 in Electrical/Electronic Engineering PCN Level 2 Dye Pen
