Job Description

Are you a data-driven problem solver with a passion for clinical research Do you thrive on building robust programming solutions that drive real-world impact Join our team as aSenior Statistical Programmerand take the lead in transforming complex data into life-changing insights.

This role can be based anywhere in Australia and offers hybrid or remote work options depending on your location.

As part of the interview process you will be asked to complete a short video screening assessment. We can only consider applications who currently hold full working rights for Australia.

What Youll Do

  • Lead Complex Projects: Own the programming lifecycle for high-impact studiesfrom database integration to statistical output.
  • Innovate with Purpose: Design and implement advanced macros tools and process improvements that elevate programming efficiency.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with statisticians data managers and clients to deliver seamless high-quality results.
  • Mentor & Guide: Share your expertise with junior programmers and help shape the future of our programming team.
  • Drive Quality & Compliance: Ensure all deliverables meet regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks.

What You Bring

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • 35 years of experience in statistical programming within clinical trials.
  • Advanced SAS programming skills (Base SAS SAS Graph SAS Macro).
  • Experience with R programming will be considered an asset.
  • Strong understanding of clinical data statistical principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Advanced knowledge in CDISC standards (SDTM and ADaM).
  • Excellent communication leadership and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to quickly understand and follow processes and tools.
