Holman is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to support our dynamic operations team. In this role youll help ensure smooth purchasing processes by maintaining vendor relationships tracking orders and supporting our Buyer/Planner team.
- Starting Pay: $25/hr
- Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM

What Will You Do:
- Review supplier confirmations to ensure accuracy of pricing and delivery terms
- Collaborate with the Buyer/Planner team to resolve discrepancies in orders
- Follow up with suppliers on unconfirmed purchase orders
- Update lead times and pricing based on supplier acknowledgments
- Expedite orders that are past due and follow up on delayed shipments
- Work with suppliers to delay shipments of goods not yet needed
- Manage cancellations and coordinate returns for unneeded items
- Provide backup support for primary buyers as needed
- Assist with additional purchasing projects and tasks as assigned
What Were Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Additional education or certifications in supply chain or purchasing is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel Outlook and Word
Experience:
- 13 years of experience in purchasing supply chain or a related field

Pay:
