About the Role:
As an IT Business Analyst on the Workplace Experience team youll play a crucial role in ensuring Aura team members have a productive and secure experience from their first day at Aura. Youll use your blend of business communication and analysis skills to support both Information Technology and Information Security initiatives. A key aspect of this role involves developing and delivering impactful communications. Your passion for the user experience will help you be successful in this role.
Day to Day:
- Create and implement communication and awareness plans for IT and IS initiatives projects system changes outages and new technology rollouts.
- Design and execute campaigns to increase awareness and adoption of IT and IS services tools and best practices.
- Manage and optimize various communication channels including Slack channels Google sites and email.
- Contribute to the creation and organization of accessible team knowledge bases and resources.
- Manage the security training platform creating and deploying campaigns and reporting monthly on training and phishing performance.
- Contribute to evolving team initiatives and provide support as needed to ensure a productive technology experience for Aura team members.
What you bring to the table:
- Associates degree in IT or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3 years in business analysis project management or communications
- Effective communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and organizational levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
It would be great if you also had:
- Experience with Atlassian (Confluence and Jira)
- Experience with KnowBe4

Pay range for this position is $63000 - $90000 but may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills experience and location.
