Job Description
Shift / Region: US
Requirements:
- Degree/certificate in marketing design or related field
- 5-10 years experience in a design/creative company including 3-5 years managing corporate creative teams
- Strong client management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Working knowledge of Workfront
- Familiar with digital print and event workflows
- Excellent English communication
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing strategic guidance on creative solutions.
- Project Management: Overseeing all aspects of creative projects including developing briefs managing timelines and budgets and ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Creative Brief Development: Collaborating with clients and the creative team to develop clear and concise creative briefs that outline project objectives target audience and key messages.
- Resource Coordination: Managing the allocation of resources including personnel budget and timelines to ensure efficient project execution.
