THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a talented and driven Banking & Finance Associate or Senior Associate to join a top-tier practice in Hong Kong. As an integral member of the team you will work on complex finance transactions engaging with leading financial institutions and corporate clients. ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will be a mid-senior lawyer with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) gained at a reputable international law firm. Strong technical skills in banking and finance are essential with prior exposure to leveraged finance being particularly advantageous. Exceptional communication skills are a must including fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese to effectively advise clients and collaborate across jurisdictions. The firm values adaptability commercial awareness and a proactive approachqualities that will enable the successful candidate to thrive in a fast-paced globally integrated team.
