Job Description
Global Law Firm Corporate Paralegal (DCM/Restructuring) HK$25k-40k HKG
A global law firm is looking for a Paralegal to join their Corporate & Securities practice in the Hong Kong office providing support to Partners and Associates.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing initial and subsequent drafts and summarizing changes
- Handling documentation related to closings and completion
- Reviewing and annotating document checklists
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of paralegal experience at leading U.S. or magic circle firms in Debt Capital Markets or Restructuring
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills in Mandarin and Cantonese
- Solid understanding of Debt Capital Markets (DCM)
- Proficient in reviewing drafts in Chinese with a thorough understanding of documentation and timelines
- Excellent organizational skills capable of managing multiple projects
