Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated detail-oriented Paralegal who is passionate about justice and committed to supporting our attorneys in delivering outstanding legal representation. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive mindset strong organizational skills and a deep respect for client confidentiality and care.
Key Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with case preparation legal research and drafting of pleadings motions and correspondence
Manage and organize case files discovery materials and trial exhibits
Conduct client interviews and maintain consistent communication throughout the case lifecycle
Coordinate scheduling hearings depositions and meetings with clients courts and third parties
Analyze legal documents and summarize case facts reports and depositions
Ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements
Support in trial preparation and courtroom logistics when needed
Uphold the firm s values through professional conduct communication and client service
Qualifications
Associate s or Bachelors degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
Paralegal certification (preferred but not required)
2 years of experience in criminal defense or military law (preferred)
Strong understanding of legal terminology procedures and documentation
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
Bilingual abilities are a plus
