Job Title: Events Planning Manager Location: Hong Kong
Responsibilities:

Event Planning and Coordination:
- Plan organise and execute various events including in-person seminars conferences webinars and virtual meetings.
- Collaborate with marketing communications (marcoms) teams and overseas offices to ensure seamless coordination of event planning efforts.
- Manage event logistics including venue selection catering audio-visual setup and attendee registration.
- Coordinate with external suppliers and vendors to secure necessary services and resources.

Budgeting and Financial Management:
- Develop and manage event budgets ensuring cost-effective planning and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Monitor expenses track invoices and reconcile budget allocations.

Post-Event Review and Analysis:
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of each event.
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports on event outcomes and key performance indicators.

Best Practices Implementation:
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to event planning and management.
- Implement innovative approaches to enhance event experiences and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Event Management Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in planning and executing successful events.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
