Job Description
The Finance Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis position reports to the Director Financial Planning & Analysis and supports key workstreams associated with Companys LBE Plan LRP and Board of Directors (BOD). This role liaises with multiple cross-functional stakeholders within Finance and has opportunities to interact with all levels of the organization including senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Leads the consolidation and reporting for the Non-GAAP LBE and Flash process by collaborating with key stakeholders throughout the company
- Prepares agile analysis for Director and VP of FP&A to support executive level storytelling
- Compiles a comprehensive LBE Reporting Package for Senior Leadership
- Ensures LBE data integrity across systems of record and support reporting
- Supports LRP Plan BOD and Quarterly Earnings deliverables
- Partners with Finance Transformation to develop enhanced LBE reporting tool
- Ad-hoc analysis as required
- Manages one direct report
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
- 8 years of relevant finance/accounting experience preferably across a range of Finance functions
- Strong financial analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Superior communication skills: ability to summarize complex financial analyses in a clear & concise manner
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities
- Ability to work well in a team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with BPC Power BI W-Desk a plus

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
