Job Description
Our client a leading multinational law firm is currently looking for a Working Capital Controller in Hong Kong as part of the Working Capital Team.
Job Description:
- Prepare monthly billing and collection forecasts manage the full working capital cycle including WIP review bill preparation processing and collection
- Provide financial monitoring and audit support
- Oversee matter and client financial lifecycle suggest service improvements and provide audit support.
- Manage rates within 3E review client contracts and assist in client rate negotiations.
- Coordinate E-Billing process client onboarding and daily payment postings.
- Monitor client money balances apply funds and process refunds.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline with 3-5 years in credit control management ideally in professional services or B2B within complex billing environments.
- Knowledge of Elite 3E is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent written oral and presentation skills in English Cantonese and Mandarin.
