Paralegal Top Law Firm Hong Kong
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in M&A transactions Nasdaq listings and US IPOs.
- Provide support in the preparation and execution of legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
Qualifications:
- Native Mandarin speaker from a reputable school.
- 2-4 years of experience with HK IPOs
- Strong written and spoken Mandarin skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
