Job Description

Our client a leading local company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange is hiring a Named Company Secretary to join their Hong Kong office to manage their group entities and provide the full suite of corporate secretarial support to their listed entity.

You will be responsible in leading the company secretarial team and advise the Management and Board directly on all relevant compliance issues. This position is responsible for the completion of annual and interim reports announcements and circulars.

To qualify the candidate must be a degree holder and a qualified member of ICSA/HKICS. You must have at least 15 years company secretarial experience gained from sizable listed companies and be an expert in Hong Kong listing rules SFO and the Companies Ordinance. Knowledge of overseas requirements (PRC Southeast Asia and offshore jurisdictions) and have excellent time management skills. You must be able to communicate in confidence with the highest levels of management in excellent English Cantonese and Mandarin languages. Those with a legal background will have an added advantage.
