Job Description

Our client a leading local technology company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange is hiring a senior level in-house Company Secretary to join their Hong Kong office to manage their group entities and provide the full suite of corporate secretarial support to their listed entity.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor changes in and ensure adaptation to the regulatory environment affecting the group entities liaise with public bodies
  • Set up and maintain an orderly filing system of contracts/listed entity documents to ensure corporate governance
  • Review and prepare listed company circulars resolutions and related documents
  • Attend board meetings and sub-committees and take minutes and prepare post meeting resolutions and documents
  • Must maintain board and sub-committees action item lists and coordinate follow-up with management and sub-committees


Qualifications

The successful candidate will be a chartered member of HKCGI or equivalent with at least 8 years solid company experience gained from sizable Hong Kong listed companies. Candidates must be well versed with Hong Kong Listing Rules the Companies Ordinance SFO and other relevant regulations.

You must have fluent English and Chinese (written and spoken) communication skills and be able to work independently with limited supervision.
