Our client a renowned global law firm is looking to expand their litigation team with the addition of a senior associate having significant arbitration experience. The role will be based in their London office.
Responsibilities
- Lead arbitration cases develop strategies and present arguments effectively during hearings
- Handle written advocacy including pleadings and legal briefs
- Provide legal analysis and advice on international arbitration
- Conduct research on comparative and cross-jurisdictional issues
- Update clients on case progress and offer strategic advice
- Mentor junior lawyers on arbitration procedures and client management
- Participate in practice development and represent the firm at events
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with at least 6 years PQE in arbitration with expertise in complex international arbitrations
- Proven written and oral advocacy skills within an arbitration context
- Knowledge of institutional arbitration rules and practices governing international arbitration proceedings
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A multi-tasker with strong analytical skills
