Job Description

Our client a renowned global law firm is looking to expand their litigation team with the addition of a senior associate having significant arbitration experience. The role will be based in their London office.

Responsibilities
  • Lead arbitration cases develop strategies and present arguments effectively during hearings
  • Handle written advocacy including pleadings and legal briefs
  • Provide legal analysis and advice on international arbitration
  • Conduct research on comparative and cross-jurisdictional issues
  • Update clients on case progress and offer strategic advice
  • Mentor junior lawyers on arbitration procedures and client management
  • Participate in practice development and represent the firm at events
Requirements
  • Qualified solicitor with at least 6 years PQE in arbitration with expertise in complex international arbitrations
  • Proven written and oral advocacy skills within an arbitration context
  • Knowledge of institutional arbitration rules and practices governing international arbitration proceedings
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A multi-tasker with strong analytical skills
