1. Program management to support test line automation development and deployment
2. Work with internal cross-functional (XFN) teams and external suppliers to plan E2E test automation project schedules and ensure XFN alignment;
3. Identify potential risks during automation development and drive suppliers and CM partners to closely collaborate to de-risk;
4. Support Automation Engineers to drive test issues (TIL) resolutions
downselect 3rd party vendors and obtain XFN sign-off on critical
milestones;
5. Test/automation vendor management
6. Track test/automation development progress and publish deliverables and schedules (e.g. station shipment status on-site support (OSS) plan FAT & SAT support...);
7. Work with the sourcing team to unblock any logistic or commercial issues (PO handling etc);
8. Work with the sourcing team for vendor strategic improvement such as
deliverables quality second sourcing etc.
9. Process development
10. Maintain source of truth data (e.g. test station KPI and cost delivery
status etc)
11. Develop and maintain other process documentations
12. Technical engagement - potentially to take in-region station DRI responsibilities (<20-30%)
13. Station bring-up and debug onsite support
14. Station first level debug and support US DRI
Key qualifications:
1. BS or above in Engineering or equivalent
2. 4 years experience with program/project management
3. 4 years experience with managing multiple third-party vendors from evaluation down-selection and driving deliverables to meet project requirements.
4. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
5. Cross-functional collaboration experience
6. Flexible with traveling to CM and vendor sites (30%)
Preferred qualifications:
1. Manufacturing experience in a high-tech industry
2. Experience with test automation development for consumer electronics products for NPI and mass production
3. Data analysis skills and familiar with statistics tools such as JMP and Minitab
4. Experience with optical/camera tests
5. Self-starter with independent working mindset
