Interested in joining one of Canadas top performing asset managers We are looking for a Principal Strategic Initiatives to lead a range of initiatives that will enable our continued success. With the growth in assets products and headcount that we have experienced in recent years and what we hope to achieve in the future there are many challenges and opportunities where you can have an impact.
In this role you will work closely with senior leadership and affiliate partners across our organization to deliver high-impact initiatives that support our strategic direction. The scope of this role and the exposure it provides offer significant opportunities for long-term career growth within the CC&L Financial Group.
What You Will Do
What You Will Do
- Work closely with members of the CC&L Financial Group leadership team and broadly with people across all functions in our organization investments operations business management and distribution.
- You will work on a wide range of initiatives from the very large such as partnering with an investment team to start a new business to the small such as working to trouble shoot and resolve a business issue quickly when it arises.
- Own initiatives end-to-end: deeply understand the issue or opportunity develop recommendations build consensus and drive execution through to completion.
- Work scope will include conducting financial analysis market research business diligence and managing projects to ensure successful delivery and business impact.
What You Bring
- 5-10 years of experience in management consulting or financial services.
- Accounting Business or Economics degree at the undergraduate or graduate level.
- Accounting and financial analysis expertise.
- Strong analytical strength verbal critical thinking and abstract reasoning.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with an influential presence.
- Proven ability to drive and manage change with a strong focus on results.
