DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops and maintains marketing information systems (client files resume and project description files mailing list etc.).
Provide support for marketing effort including proposals general marketing correspondence and government forms.
With direction completes government forms and assembles qualifications packages of existing marketing materials.
May draft general proposal sections and marketing correspondence.
Assists in production of marketing documents (binding duplication etc.)
Assists with other duties as assigned.

Has desire to improve skills and knowledge and move into a position of greater responsibility within the organization.
Possesses detailed awareness of firms marketing program and technical capabilities.
Demonstrates knowledge of grammar punctuation and business writing style.
Has excellent knowledge of word processing and working knowledge of desktop publishing and other computer programs.
Has excellent communication skills and is detail-oriented and highly organized.
Works well with all types of people under deadline situations.
Assumes complete responsibility for assigned tasks when given appropriate direction.
Is resourceful and able to contribute both in concept and in implementation to marketing program effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree in marketing journalism communications or similar fields is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience required.
Experience in the AEC industry preferred. Excellent writing and communication skills and attention to detail is also required. Must be proficient using MS Office (including Word PowerPoint and Excel) and Adobe (including InDesign Illustrator Photoshop and Acrobat).
