About This Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic property manager to take the helm of a premier 300 unit mixed use Class-A apartment community in Southwest Florida. This modern community is less than 10 years old and features several stabilized retail tenants on the ground floor creating a vibrant environment for our residents in a desirable location with convenient access to major employment centers.
The ideal candidate will bring a keen eye for operational excellence and a commitment to maintaining high standards in all aspects of property management.
What Youll Do
As the Property Manager youll oversee all aspects of managing this Class A apartment community:
Implement effective marketing and leasing strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue
Manage the propertys financial performance to meet ownership objectives
Lead a team responsible for leasing collections maintenance and resident services
Ensure consistent service delivery and community standards
Direct maintenance activities to preserve the propertys competitive position
Cultivate positive resident relationships and enhance overall satisfaction
Be responsible for overall Profit and Loss performance of the property

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the property while ensuring a positive well-maintained environment for our residents
- Supervise staff and oversee resident relations
- Handle leasing processes ensuring all units are occupied with qualified tenants
- Operate within budget and maintain financial records
- Ensure timely collection of rents and resolve any delinquent accounts
- Maintain proper documentation including leases certifications and compliance
- Foster a safe and secure environment through safety programs and training
What Youll Bring
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 5 Years of Property Manager experience
- Class A property management experience
- Yardi and CRM experience required
- Renovations and Lease Up experience preferred
- Knowledge of financials and budgeting
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- A valid drivers license auto insurance and reliable transportation
