Salary: $70000-90000 bonus structure

Position Overview:
As a Luxury Home Estimator you will be at the heart of our pre-construction and budgeting process. You will be the cost and planning expert on every build reviewing plans developing budgets value engineering and working hand-in-hand with our PMs trade partners and clients to deliver clarity precision and results.
This is a high-impact role that demands strategic thinking construction knowledge attention to detail and a hunger to grow. We are not looking for someone to fill a seat we want someone who sees this as their chance to elevate a brand dominate a market and make a name for themselves in the luxury home space.

What We are Looking For:
- 3 years in residential estimating (custom/luxury preferred)
- Strong understanding of construction plans scopes and budgets
- BuilderTrend or similar software experience
- Detail-driven accountable and ready to own your lane
What Youll Be Responsible For:
- Review plans & create conceptual estimates
- Develop scopes and release bid packages
- Track and adjust budgets with PMs
- Conduct site visits with trades
- Coordinate HVAC and truss planning
- Compare products and pricing
- Optimize BuilderTrend templates
- Manage vendor relationships and meetings
- Support permitting process
- Provide design/engineering feedback
- Monitor market trends and material availability
- Prepare and release purchase orders
- Lead budget reviews and reconciliations
- Manage truss window and specialty orders
- Support floodplain design and selection inputs
- Vet new subcontractors
