Join our dynamic team as a Light Industrial Worker I and play a crucial role in warehouse operations that support critical infrastructure projects. This position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment where safety efficiency and teamwork drive success. Youll be part of operations that directly impact the energy sector while developing valuable skills in industrial equipment operation and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to load unload pick and position materials for transportation and inventory operations
- Pick and palletize materials for jobs requisitions and stock transport orders (STOs)
- Operate banding and wrapping equipment to prepare materials for shipping
- Coordinate material requests and perform accurate inventory counts
- Schedule freight pick-ups and UPS shipping
- Maintain safety protocols and warehouse organization standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Safety-first mindset with commitment to workplace safety protocols
- Positive can-do attitude with strong work ethic
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
- Warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Forklift experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Strong communication and organizational skills
