StretchLab Abacoa is seeking a driven energetic and experienced General Manager to lead our brand-new studio located in the vibrant Abacoa Town Center. This is a rare opportunity to launch and grow a studio backed by one of the most respected wellness brands in the country.

Founded in 2015 StretchLab has revolutionized the fitness and recovery industry with one-on-one assisted stretching led by highly trained professionals. With a mission to help people live long and move well StretchLab combines the best of fitness therapy and recoveryall under one roof.

What Youll Do

As the General Manager youll be the heartbeat of the studiofocused on growth leadership and creating an exceptional client experience. Your success will be measured by studio performance membership sales community engagement and team development.

Primary Responsibilities (Sales-Focused):

  • Own the sales funnel: drive leads convert intro sessions and close memberships.

  • Build strong community connections through grassroots marketing networking and partnerships.

  • Develop and implement outbound strategies to generate consistent new member interest.

  • Hit monthly sales goals through membership retail and special programs.

  • Deliver an exceptional first-time experience to prospects and convert them into long-term members.

Secondary Responsibilities (Operations Leadership):

  • Lead coach and inspire a team of Flexologists and Sales Associates.

  • Manage studio systems daily operations and vendor relationships.

  • Ensure inventory scheduling and studio cleanliness are always on point.

  • Analyze performance reports and make data-driven decisions to optimize revenue.

What Were Looking For

Were looking for a high performer with a passion for fitness and a talent for connecting with people. You love a good sales challenge and know how to build a team that thrives.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of sales or management experience in a fitness wellness or service-based environment (membership sales a big plus).

  • Confidence in selling closing and coaching others to sell.

  • Knowledge of or passion for health fitness or recovery services.

  • Proven track record of exceeding goals and building relationships.

  • Self-starter mentalityyou can work independently while collaborating with ownership.

  • Tech savvycomfortable with CRM systems like ClubReady and performance tracking tools.

  • Availability for at least one weekend shift and flexible scheduling as needed.

Compensation & Perks

Compensation & Earning Potential

This role offers a competitive base salary of $55000plus uncapped commission giving you the opportunity to directly benefit from your performance. High-performing General Managers regularly earn $75000$100000 annually by consistently hitting sales targets and driving membership growth.
