We are seeking a Recruiter/HR Manager (REMOTE) for a full-time and direct hire role for one of our amazing partners in South Florida. They are a rapidly growing innovative and industry leading healthcare practice.
We are looking for a passionate and hands-on person to play a crucial role in managing and executing all aspects of human resources and recruitment. You will be responsible for attracting hiring and retaining top talent as well as fostering a positive and productive work environment. You should be a self-starter detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
- You will oversee all Recruitment Human Resources and Employee Engagement.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle which includes job postings sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with function heads to understand their hiring needs and create detailed job descriptions.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct all reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Oversee employee onboarding orientation and training programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Serve as main point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention.
- Support the employee performance evaluation processes and career development initiatives.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities which includes team-building events wellness programs and recognition initiatives.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in HR and recruitment preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Proficient experience in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong experience creating recruiting campaigns and messaging.
- Experience sourcing networking and building relationships with future candidates.
- Experience with ADP and Loxo is a plus.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to use a high level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed for networking or recruiting events.
- Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field.
