Key Responsibilities:
- Manage court appearances and legal proceedings
- Conduct discovery and handle depositions
- File motions and legal documents
- Oversee mediations and settlement negotiations
- Prepare for and participate in trials
- Conduct pre-trial preparations and case strategy development
- Manage cases independently as primary handling attorney
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Active California Bar license (required)
- 2-4 years of civil litigation experience
- Strong academic background
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with case management and legal research
