The Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead business development and account management within your assigned territory. Youll be responsible for generating new business building lasting client relationships and achieving aggressive growth targets with uncapped commission potential and top-tier support from our internal team.
What Youll Do
Own and grow a multi-state region managing the full sales cycle
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to exceed revenue
targetsMaintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients
Report on KPIs pipeline activity and regional performance to leadership
What You Bring
5 years of B2B sales experience preferably in the automotive space
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quota
Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills
Self-starter with high energy discipline and a results-driven mindset
Willingness to travel regionally
CRM proficiency
