The Project Development Associate is responsible in monitoring the project direction and providing inputs on the project implementation in terms of time cost and scope. Gathers and analyses Real Estate marketing trends competitive checks and other
market / industry data. Supports sales and marketing activities turnover of units and project completion.
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
Business Planning
- Prepares project concept/ parameters and prices based on the result of the market and feasibility study which is relevant on the current market in the area
- Coordinates with rawland acquisition permits technical and bidding group the plans and preparation for project implementation
- Monitors regularly the competitors activities (product pricing launch date construction development) to analyse the impact on the project and make necessary recommendation.
- Assists the PDM in the preparation and monitoring of G&A and S&M budget
Sales and Marketing support
- Assists and coordinates with Sales & Marketing team the proper implementation of the sales and marketing plan
- Monitors the recruitment training productivity of the sales channel
- Monitors and ensures availability of inventory for all sales channels
- Monitor achievement of sales target timely sales booking sales velocity sales growth
- Assists in the evaluation of buyers requests (e.g. EAM)
Project Documentation & Implementation
- Reviews and monitors financial health of the project to determine project performance
- Coordinates with corporate departments to ensure timely implementation of the projects documentation and technical requirements (e.g. permits plans)
- Coordinates with construction group for quality and timely construction and repairs of land development and housing units.
- Assists in the turnover of completed units
- Assists in the overall management of subdivision project
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
- Analytical and results oriented
- Excellent in oral and written communication skills in English language
- Proficient in numbers and computation
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and basic photoshop
- Can work under pressure
EDUCATION TRAININGS LICENSES REQUIRED
- Graduate of any 4-year Business course preferably in Finance Marketing Real Estate Development or any related course.
- With at least 2 years of work experience in Project Management Project Development Construction Permits gained in Real Estate company
