The role of Project Development Director is essential to the success of their organization ensuring that every lead is qualified and followed up using our sales process. The role is focused on understanding clients needs guiding the creation of achievable estimates that capture a clear scope of work and helping clients understand the benefits of using them as their trusted contractor.

Project Development Director

Position Summary:

The Project Development Director will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our clients business. The ideal candidate will handle incoming inquiries as well as generate their own leads. They will cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and expand the companys market presence with the goal of increasing sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve sales targets and drive company growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients architects designers and other key stakeholders in the luxury home market.
  • Pursue inbound leads to ensure they are qualified and handled in a timely manner.
  • Execute the sales process
  • Drive the entire sales process for your leads from initial client contact to contract negotiation through project kick-off.
  • Represent the company at industry events trade shows and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.


Performance Metrics

  • Sales performance vs quota
  • Weighted pipeline vs quota
  • Business development meetings both quality and volume
  • Close rate %
  • Deals closed from inbound vs outbound activity
  • Timeliness of processing opportunities
