What Youll Do: Delivering Exceptional Service

As a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor youll be the primary point of contact for our users dedicated to providing outstanding support and ensuring a positive experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Top-Tier Support: Engaging with customers in Dutch across various channels like chat email and phone. This involves genuinely listening to their needs and offering clear compassionate and effective solutions.
  • Becoming a Product Expert: Quickly mastering the intricacies of our projects products services and policies to provide accurate and comprehensive information to users.
  • Skillful Troubleshooting: Diagnosing customer issues with precision and guiding them through resolution steps. For more complex problems youll expertly escalate them to the appropriate internal teams for swift resolution.
  • Maintaining Accurate Records: Meticulously documenting all customer interactions and resolutions within our CRM system ensuring consistent service and easy tracking.
  • Identifying Trends: Proactively spotting common themes in customer feedback. Your insights will be invaluable in helping us continually improve our services and product offerings.
  • Collaborating Seamlessly: Working effectively with your team members and other departments to ensure a smooth cohesive customer experience.
  • Driving Customer Satisfaction: Consistently striving to meet and exceed our predefined service level agreements and customer satisfaction targets.

Who Were Looking For: Your Profile

  • Exceptional Dutch (C2 level): You are highly proficient in both written and spoken Dutch.
  • Proficient English (B2 level): Essential for internal communication training and collaborating with our diverse team.
  • Customer-Focused: You possess a genuine passion for helping people and are deeply committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Strong Problem-Solver: You have excellent analytical abilities and a keen eye for detail enabling you to tackle challenges effectively.
  • Adaptable & Team Player: Youre comfortable working independently but also thrive as part of a collaborative fast-paced environment.
  • Highly Organized: You can efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Flexible: Youre open to working various shifts as needed (specifics will be discussed during your interview).
