Are you fluent in German and ready to live a new Mediterranean adventure Were looking for German-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a growing team in Qormi Malta! Location: Qormi Malta (Hybrid: initial training on-site)
Schedule: Rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday)
What will you be doing

Support users via email chat or ticketing systems no phones in most cases!

Help with platform usage account access and content-related questions

Monitor and moderate user-generated content (text images videos ads)

Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and escalate complex issues

Stay updated on platform changes and internal policies

Collaborate with other agents and team leads to ensure quality and consistency
