What will you be doing

Assist German-speaking customers via phone email or chat

Handle account queries product troubleshooting and service questions

Deliver a positive and solution-oriented customer experience

Follow company guidelines and meet performance KPIs

What do we need from you

German at a C2 level

English B2 for internal communication

Great communication and active listening skills

Ability to stay calm and helpful under pressure

EU passport or valid work permit for Portugal
