Job Description
Data privacy analystKey Responsibilities1. Monitor and maintain data privacy compliance using ServiceNow Privacy Management modules.2. Support privacy risk assessments and impact analyses (DPIAs) across business units.3. Collaborate with legal IT and compliance teams to manage Schema onboarding request.4. Manage workflows in ServiceNow tickets and guide project team for schema access fulfilment.5. Assist in identifying reviewing and remediating privacy risks related to personal data processing for schemas.6. Generate weekly reports for BMO Data protection and validation team with in ServiceNow for ongoing privacy monitoring.7. Stay updated on global data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR CCPA) and advise stakeholders regarding Security policies.8. Participate in privacy incident response and documentation via Skills1. Data privacy policies and SN workflow (SCTASK RITMS)2. PowerApps for Access group creation3. Strong Excel skills4. Read SQL queries and ITSM workflow and understanding of upstream and downstream process.5. Communication with stakeholders.
