What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing and motivating the branch sales team to achieve performance targets
- Driving new business and securing instructions
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring profitability
- Building brand presence within the local market
- Delivering exceptional customer service and client care
- Coaching and developing team members
- Ensuring sales pipeline is well-managed and conversions are maximised
- Maintaining a professional and positive branch environment
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Proven experience in residential estate agency (Branch Manager level essential)
- Strong team leadership and sales management abilities
- Track record of winning instructions and converting valuations
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Organised target-driven and commercially minded
- Passion for property and commitment to customer service
- Well-presented confident and articulate
- Full UK driving licence and own car required
