Location: Hindhead GU26
Salary: OTE 35000 per annum
Position: Permanent Full-Time

A dynamic well-established estate and lettings agency in Hindhead is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their professional and high-performing team.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Register and qualify prospective tenants
- Conduct property viewings
- Negotiate tenancies and offers
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Assist with property listings and marketing
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Support the team in generating new business
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Experience in residential lettings preferred
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional articulate and well-presented
- Excellent telephone manner and communication
- Self-motivated and ambitious
- Knowledge of Hindhead and surrounding areas is a plus
- Full UK driving licence and own car essential
- Proactive and professional attitude to estate agency
