Make is searching for a results-driven and innovative Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead our efforts in attracting and acquiring new users while generating a robust sales pipeline for our cutting-edge B2B SaaS product. What youll do:
Responsibilities:
- Develop implement and manage comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive high-quality product signups and marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) that convert.
- Own and optimize our paid acquisition efforts across key platforms including LinkedIn Ads Google Ads (Search Display YouTube) and Meta Ads. Continuously explore and test new relevant channels to expand our reach.
- Design launch and manage end-to-end demand generation campaignsfrom ad creative and copy to landing page optimization and budget allocation.
- Champion A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to continuously improve performance and ROI.
- Leverage Salesforce extensively for lead management campaign tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MQLs SQLs pipeline generated and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure a smooth lead handoff process and alignment on lead quality and follow-up.
- Partner with Content and Product Marketing to develop compelling campaign assets and messaging that resonate with our target audience.
- Monitor analyze and report on campaign performance providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay up to date on the latest B2B demand generation trends tools and best practices to keep Make at the forefront of effective marketing.
What we are looking for:
Required Experience:
- Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS demand generation with demonstrated experience consistently meeting or exceeding targets for product signups and sales-qualified leads.
- Deep hands-on expertise in managing and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn Ads Google Ads (Search Display Performance Max) and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of the full marketing and sales funnel including lead nurturing and scoring.
- Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) for lead management and performance reporting.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data identify trends and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication collaboration and interpersonal skillsable to work effectively across diverse teams.
- A proactive self-starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for driving measurable results.
