- Scheduling: Collaborate with sales and production teams to optimize scheduling appointments for efficiency and a positive customer experience.
- Administrative Support: Willing to assist with various administrative tasks including preparing homeowner packets managing state reporting and processing payments with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer Interaction: Address customer needs and resolve complaints with professionalism and conscientiousness when handling incoming and outgoing calls.
- Sales Support: Convert leads into appointments through your effective communication via phone email and speed-to-lead process and maximize sales opportunities. Maximize sales opportunities by following up on unsold proposals (compensation if you land the unsold sale) finalizing contracts and generating additional leads through referrals.
