What Youll Do
- Talent Acquisition: Architects our hiring success from compelling job descriptions to assisting chairs and committees on processes and protocols.
- Payroll and Compliance: Guards payroll accuracy manages data troubleshoots inquiries and ensures compliance.

What You Bring

- Bachelors degree in HR or related field.
- 1-3 years of HR experience strong in recruitment and data (both a huge plus!).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with sensitive information.
- Outstanding communication skills.

- Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems.

The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Salary: We offer a competitive annual salary of up to $55000 based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- One year or more of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of human resources.
- Ability to communicate effectively with external and internal contacts including presentation and facilitation skills.
- Exercises good judgment diplomacy and perceptual objectivity to make decisions effectively and appropriately. Aptitude to define problems identify trends collect data and establish facts to draw validconclusions.
- Experience working both independently and collaboratively to implement solutions.
- Previous experience leveraging a wide array of technologies and communication tools.
- Experience building productive relationships with internal and external customers.
- General HRIS experience.
Preferred:
- HR experience in a higher education setting or similarly complex multi-unit organization.
- SHRM-CP certification (and/or PHR).
- HRIS experience with Oracle.
