ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf of our clienta leading international provider of advanced analytics and optimization solutions with a strong focus on improving business performance through data-driven decision-makingis looking for a highly motivated Back End Developer with strong skills in C# .Net to join a dynamic and fast-growing team.

Location: Crete

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days remote)
Reporting Line: Directly to the Product Team Leader

What you will do:

As a Back End Developer you will become part of an international cross-functional squad promoting a culture of strong collaboration and continuous will contributeto the creation of fully cloud-native products and services that form the foundation of solution suites across multiple business domains. You will tackle challenges such as implementing complex business logic designing efficient data storage strategies using NoSQL databases optimizing performance and throughput and applying Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and security best practices to APIs. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for the development deployment maintenance and support of these products and services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Design develop and maintain robust back-end services and APIs using .NET/.NET Core

• Implement and optimize business logic and data models that support scalable applications

• Collaborate with front-end developers architects and product owners to deliver end-to-end solutions

• Integrate with NoSQL and SQL databases ensuring performance security and reliability

• Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles and follow clean architecture practices

• Ensure security performance and scalability across services and components

• Participate in code reviews testing and troubleshooting to maintain code quality

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines automation and cloud deployments (e.g. Azure or AWS)

• Provide support and maintenance for deployed services addressing incidents and performance issues

• Take an active role in coaching and mentoring junior developers fostering knowledge sharing and technical growth within the team

• Help improve team practices by promoting Agile methodologies peer learning and continuous improvement

• A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field

• 3 years of working experience in this tech stack

• Experience with design patterns and SOLID

• Experience in writing technical designs

• Experience with Microsoft stack: .NET Core Core C# 7.0 LINQ

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud (e.g. services like App Service Azure Functions Web Jobs Application Insights CosmosDB Service Bus Azure SQL etc.)

• Experience in agile software development environment with code reviews unit testing continuous integration/deployment

• Fluency in both Greek and English

• Team spirit and strong communication skills

• Problem-solving mindset and good organizational habits

• Ability to stay focused under pressure and meet deadlines
